Letný pobyt 2026

We would like to invite you to the D3 Summer Retreat, which will take place from Wednesday, 15 July to Sunday, 19 July 2026 at Hotel Remata. This year, Jan Hábl has accepted our invitation to join us and help us reflect on the theme “A Workshop of Humanity in the Labyrinth of the World.”

For more than 30 years, D3 summer retreats have been an inspiring time during which we form a community of individuals, couples, and often multi-generational families. These are four days filled with discussions and reflection, as well as informal conversations and walks in nature. For many of us, they have become a regular, for others an occasional, island in the rush of summer - a time we dedicate to ourselves, our friends, our families, and to God.

Program

At the retreat, we seek to find a good balance between a shared, inspiring programme and free time that can be spent in nature, in sports, on excursions, or in conversation.

After the morning introduction, we will continue to explore the theme in smaller discussion groups. This year’s theme, “A Workshop of Humanity in the Labyrinth of the World,” refers to Jan Amos Comenius as well as to the challenges of our present time. Together, we will reflect on how to cultivate character and humanity, both as individuals and as a community.

We are very pleased that the educator, philosopher of education, preacher, writer, and Comenius scholar Jan Hábl has accepted our invitation. In addition to the morning program, the retreat will also include moderated evening discussions.

Of course, the retreat also offers space simply to spend time with old and new friends in the pleasant surroundings of the terraces and the nearby countryside. During the morning and evening sessions for adults, children will have their own programme, organised in several age-based groups.
